Video clip from Feb.. 2008 barn raising in Maine.  Bringing in the 2nd rafter pair - the gabel end is already up. This is a 30 x 50 Gable Entry Yankee barn dating back to the mid- 1800s. This the culmination of an in-kind structural repair of an early 19th century english style barn. All the repairs meet the Secretary of Interior's standards for the rehabilitation of historic properties.
