We conducted a full assessment and provided multi-phase repair planning. After lifting the house on cribbing, we rebuilt the timber-framed undercarriage and repaired the post feet and portico. We also dismantled, repaired, and rebuilt the timber-framed ell. We completed a series of tie beam repairs and rebuilt a beautiful timber-framed hip roof surrounding a glass-floored cupola.
